We’ve got you covered.

Hydration is key. On the bike you will work up some heat, so it’s important to hydrate for each class. Water is available at the studio—bring a bottle to fill up, or grab one at the front desk for $2 USD.

What to wear?  Your favorite workout clothes of course! Leggings, shorts, tanks or tee.

Do I need cycle shoes? Cycle shoes are not mandatory but all your preference. Each bike is equipped for sneakers or Shimano® SPD®-compatible mountain biking (MTB) shoes to clip in with cleats.

The Studio. Each session is a dance party. So come with the energy to have the best spin jam session. 

The Workout. The session has curated music by the instructor or a local DJ. Each session starts with a warm up, hills and sprints (maybe some arms) + some cardio push and ending with a smooth restoring cool down.

Buying a Membership. Start by buying a session or a membership that will give you credits (and perks) to book a bike.

Weekly Booking. Bike booking opens at noon every Monday. Sessions sell out fast! Book early for sessions on the schedule from Tuesday through Monday of the following week. Sessions can be cancelled online or by calling the studio.

Waitlist. If a class is full, you can choose to sign-up to be on the waitlist. As a spot opens up, you will receive an email and phone call confirmation.

Arrive Early. Get to the studio 15 mins before your class to prep your bike or receive a tour if it’s your first time – let the House Greeter know.   

Check- In. It’s easy, you can check-in on your phone online or via the House kiosk. You can also order juices and water from the kiosk too. 

Lockers. We have lockers (even phone chargers) to store your stuff during the session.

Parking. It’s downtown, but there is metered parking and parking lots/garages, that’s a few steps away from our front door. We are located upstairs from Low Spark Bar. Our front door entrance is off of Republic Street.
