What to wear? Your favorite workout clothes of course! Leggings, shorts, tanks or tee.Do I need cycle shoes? Cycle shoes are not mandatory but all your preference. Each bike is equipped for sneakers or Shimano® SPD®-compatible mountain biking (MTB) shoes to clip in with cleats.
The Studio. Each session is a dance party. So come with the energy to have the best spin jam session. The Workout. The session has curated music by the instructor or a local DJ. Each session starts with a warm up, hills and sprints (maybe some arms) + some cardio push and ending with a smooth restoring cool down.
